In three minutes shows why we have housing and environmental crisis. 

 

Community led sustainable (beyond net-zero) development project proposal, on government's own land, already subdivided for106 years (next Monday), can't be built because it is too complicated for council's bureaucrats. In the meantime they are happy to collect millions in rates every year. 

 

State and Federal government need to step in here. Thousands of lots in desired location of Port Stephens, shovel ready to receive infrastructure and provide affordable housing, employment, opportunities for young people. All in half an hour from Newcastle Airport and AWB high-tech employment precinct.
